Strandzhansko dyado ("Grandfather of Strandja") is a pressed raw-dried product of shredded pork, natural spices and additives, stuffed into a shell of natural origin (usually the pork stomach).
His name, "Grandfather of Strandja" originates from the area of Strandja in Bulgaria. By the term "grandfather" the local population in Strandzha means the pig's stomach (skembe).
