Sazdarma is another
traditional Bulgarian meat delicacy. It is produced from cooked corned beef
with its fat and a blend of spices including bay leaf, allspice and black
pepper. The beef is cut in pieces, well-salted and left apart for a while. The
fat is boiled and cleaned up. Both are put and cooked together. Our product has
an authentic Bulgarian flavor and can be served cold or heated up as part of a
meal.
